Change is Necessary

I think today’s post is a reminder to myself as much as it is to anyone reading this post. The reality is that i have a love-hate relationship with change. Often times, I find that i like the change that has occurred. Yet I still dread it when it’s coming my way. These days it seems like even the smallest change in plans sends me spinning.

Change is what gives life flavor. True? That’s why I really like the quote from Laurens van der Post at the side of this post. I need to embrace change. Not worry myself about it constantly. Not be afraid of it. I need to embrace it. Trying to stop it really isn’t a great idea. So if I can’t beat it, I should join it.

So much easier said than done. That’s why I like how this layout for the October Collab Challenge at Oscraps turned out. It’s such an important message. I swear I didn’t even start out trying to create visual inspiration for myself, but that’s what ended up happening. To me, that makes the page even more awesome. It is obviously the page I was supposed to create even if I didn’t realize it at first.

We all want vibrant lives, correct? Then join me in learning to embrace change. A life that never changes is one that become dull. I think that is something we always want to avoid.
