Yesterday, while driving around with my hubby, I set my first goals for exercise. Here they are:
1.  Ride my street bike to the end of Becker and back.  (Round trip of about 10 miles.)
2.  Bench press 40 pounds.
3.  Leg lifts of 80 pounds.
I have more goals once I’ve reached these, but these are my first goals.
