In Vero Beach, there is a Soup, Salad and Sandwich restaurant called Crispers. It’s part of a Florida chain owned by Publix. I got the lunch trio and chose the baked potato, the mushroom bisque and the salad cup. When it came out, it was so cute that I had to get a pic.
