I am back. It has been kind of a crazy week around my house, so I have not posted as much as I normally would. The good news is that things are getting back to normal and I can resume my daily posting schedule. To get back on track, I am going to begin by sharing my week seven photo for Project 52.
Week seven includes the date of February 14th aka Valentine’s Day. I like to think of it as a celebration of love. Because this week included February 14th, I knew I wanted to include a picture from our Valentine’s Day celebration. The best picture of the day was of my awesome hubby, David. I am always glad to share pictures of David, so here is my week seven photo for Project 52.
I am happy to say I have made it through seven weeks of Project 52 2014. You can see all seven photos in my Project 52 2014 gallery. I am also excited to say that I am finally meeting one of my 2014 goals, taking more pictures. The last couple of weeks, I’ve done a much better job of capturing every day moments with my smartphone. Now I just need to get out the dSLR. Hopefully, that will be soon.
Are you participating in Project 52 for 2014? If not, it’s not too late to start. No one ever said 52 weeks had to start on January 1st. Whether you’ve been participating since the beginning or just getting started, I’d love to have you become part of the Scribbles & Musings Project 52 2014 group. The purpose of the group is to share photos and encourage each other. Simple as that. Please come join us.
It’s Friday! I hope everyone has a great weekend ahead of them. Whatever you do this weekend, don’t forget to document your memories.
hello david 🙂
since you have a minor in spanish, do you use that knowledge in any of your scribbles?
Amar, so far I have not really used Spanish with any of my scribbles. One day I will return to working on my mission pictures and then I probably will use it.
It’s great to stick to a project. It gives a great sense of achievement. That feeling isn’t something you can purchase–you have to work to earn it. Keep on keeping on, as my father used to say.
It does, Frances. In 2012, I completed the entire year and when I look back I love the year in pictures that I captured. It really was a great look at the year as a whole.
