As I mentioned yesterday, I am participating in the 2014 Blogger Challenge. This is a year long challenge requiring two posts a month on a specific theme provided by the challenge host, Gaby. For the first post of the challenge, the posted topic was to choose an inspirational quote or photo to share on the blog. I have been doing this on a regular basis for a couple of months, so this one was easy for me.
My inspirational quote for today comes from Mr. Rogers. (Who doesn’t like Mr. Rogers?)
I chose this quote for a couple of reasons. First, I am definitely not the person I was two years ago. Probably not even the person I was six months ago, but that’s okay. Second, 2014 is definitely going to be filled with changes. I don’t yet know what all those changes will be, but they are definitely coming. (Not even sure whether they will be good or bad.) I hope to use this quote to help me feel good about making changes in 2014, cause I am not a person who likes change.
What changes are your planning to make in 2014? Are you looking forward to discovering more truths about yourself this year? Leave me a comment and let me know how this quote could impact your life in 2014.
Hi Cindy. Great quote! I’ve been on a personal quest almost to uncover the truth about myself for a couple of years now and I love it! When I first started, it was a little uncomfortable sometimes, but I don’t regret one bit of it. The more I uncover the happier I become. Yes, it does bring about a lot of changes, but actually it’s all good. So I’m looking forward to the awesome changes 2014 is going to bring. Happy new year to you. Andrea
Andrea, I am glad to hear you have found the journey to discover the truth about yourself to be rewarding. I truly hope it continue to be a good journey for you. Thank you so much for your great comment.
