Welcome to November! This month, I will be participating in 30 Days of Gratitude. Each Friday, I will be posting on my blog the seven things for which I am grateful that week.
Since it it November 1st, I only have one item for my list. However, this blessing means so much to me that I think it deserves it’s own post. Today, I am giving thanks for my husband, David.
I suspect this is how how I started out last November as well. But I am okay with that. David is one of the greatest blessings I have ever received. He is a wonderful husband and I love him so much. We celebrated 12 years together in August and I am truly grateful for every day we have together.
David, I love you and I am so glad you are a part of my life!
That’s beautiful Cindy! In a day and age when it’s easy to gripe about our spouse, there is so much to be grateful about them and we should express our gratitude more.
Thank you, Dayna! I totally agree about the importance of expressing our gratitude for our spouses more. It is so important!
The power of a positive attitude cannot be measured. This is absolutely beautiful and fantastic!
Thank you, Dave! I agree that a positive attitude is very important and I find it is easy to get sidetracked on to the challenges that life brings.
30 days of gratitude is a great idea for November. I am not I would be able to write about something each day I am grateful for. maybe til the 15th or 20th. BTW I do like your graphic you used at the top.
Stephanie, it’s great to hear your like the graphic. And I think any amount of time we take to express our gratitude is a great number.
That’s a lovely tribute to David Cindy. My friend on FB just started her second annual blessed turkey event where we all write a little something about what we’re feeling thankful about every day up to the American Thanksgiving, (I’m Canadian, but who cares). You might like to join. If this link works then it’s here: 🙂 https://www.facebook.com/events/173281432868960/?source=1
Veronica, you definitely don’t have to be American to be thankful in November. (Or even eat turkey. lol) Thank you for your comments!
that’s really beautiful! What a lovely start to your gratitude list. I have played this game before, and am thinking I may do it again next month. It’s a great way of bringing more gratitude and then more things to be grateful for in your life. Thank you for this reminder 😀
Your welcome, Andrea! I think we all need reminders to have more gratitude. I know I do.
