2015 Digital Scrapbooking Day

It’s that time of year that digital scrapbookers love. It’s the weekend we celebrate Digital Scrapbooking Day (DSD). Today’s post is going to be short, because I still have plenty I need to do to get ready for this weekend. First, I need to get all of my digiscrapping product that is on my Mac’s hard drive copied to my EHD. That way I have only one place to look when trying to determine if I’ve already purchased something that is on my wish list. I have to admit that I’ve done that a couple of times. Then, I need to do a little pre-shopping. I need to find out what’s out there I really want.  I already have a few items on my wish list from Createwings, Mommyish and Dawn Inskip, but I know it won’t be long before my wants exceed my budget. I’ll be using Pinterest to help me decide which wish list items I will finally purchase.

Speaking of Pinterest, here’s my 2015 Digital Scrapbooking Day Pinterest board. I will be using this board to create my own wish list, share great sales or freebies I find or just keep track of DSD information I need to know this year. Come follow the board to help ensure you don’t miss out on any great DSD finds. Plus leave me a link to your DSD Pinterest boards. I definitely want to follow them. And I know you are creating them.

I haven’t yet had a chance to decide what challenges or games I want to participate in. I hope to do that today. I won’t have a lot of time because weekends are always busy for me. However, I hope to find a little time to have some fun this weekend (apart from shopping fun of course).

I’m planning to do Project Life in 2015. It will be my only project for the year, so I might do some shopping for that. I also want to find some fun digital art journaling supplies to add to my collection. I especially am in need of some great paint brushes and more washi tape.

So what are your plans for the weekend? Do you already have in mind a few products you definitely plan to purchase? Or maybe you are tired of DSD and plan to avoid it altogether? Do you know of something that would be perfect for my Project Life digi art journaling stash? Leave me a comment and let me know. I would love to hear from you.

Until next time, don’t forget to document your memories!
